Frequently Asked Warranty Questions
Warranty registration is completed by your authorized Venom EV dealer at the time of delivery using your vehicle's unique 17-digit VIN number. Commercial buyers and fleet operators can register bulk VIN batches directly through our global service desk.
Our standard 105 Ah and optional 160 Ah LiFePO4 batteries are warranted by Eco Battery for 8 years against manufacturing defects and unnatural capacity loss. Unlike lead-acid batteries, lithium packs require zero watering or acid maintenance.
Non-OEM electrical alterations, unauthorized motor controller tuning, or structural frame modifications will void coverage on affected components. We recommend using genuine Venom EV accessories installed by an authorized technician.
Routine wear items such as brake pads, tire tread wear, windshield wiper blades, and cosmetic seat tears resulting from normal usage are excluded from factory warranty coverage unless defective upon initial vehicle delivery.
